July 27 & 28 is tryout weekend for all high school aged teams 15u-18u! Tryouts are held in the gymnasium at Goldenwest College. GW campus map available on our website.

17/18s age group will be from 9-10:30am and 15/16s age group will be from 11:30-1pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Tryouts for the '24-'25 club season for high school aged volleyball players are right around the corner! We have clinics for all high school aged athletes every Wednesday & Sunday from 6:30-8pm. The clinics are a great opportunity to compete, learn, and meet GW players and coaches! 

The 2023-2024 club volleyball season has been marked by strong achievements and notable progress across all age groups at Goldenwest VBC. From gold medals to top finishes in the SCVA and strong showings in competitive tournaments, each team has demonstrated talent, hard work, and commitment. Here's a detailed recap:

• 17-ASICS: Competing at a high level throughout the season, 17-ASICS consistently stayed in the Gold Division and capped off their year with a strong showing at the Phoenix Festival.

• 17-Tower Zero: Ended with a 7-3 record at SCVA Summer Soiree!

• 16-ASICS: Gold Medalists! The season ended with 16-ASICS putting the Gold in Goldenwest earning a gold medal at Soiree. 16-ASICS also finished in the Top 32 of the SCVA during the regular season. 

• 16-Tower Zero: Ended with a 7-3 record at SCVA Summer Soiree!

• 15-ASICS are Junior National Championship Contenders. The team's exceptional performance earned them a spot at Junior Nationals, where they will compete for a national championship. 15-ASICS finished top 25 in the SCVA, highlighting their competitiveness throughout the regular season.

• 15-Tower Zero: A successful season with a top finish at the Phoenix Festival!

• 14-ASICS finished 17th overall in their end-of-season SCVA Summer Soiree tournament, showcasing great progress!

The 2022-2023 Season was another successful year for Goldenwest Volleyball Club. As we approach our 25th season, we continue to prioritize helping our players accomplish their goals.

Our mission is to empower players of all skill levels to reach their fullest potential as an athlete by emphasizing sound training techniques and to cultivate nationally competitive teams by embracing core values of commitment, sportsmanship, and leadership.

This year, our ASICS teams competed in the high-level SCVA Power League. All of our teams competed in JVA, AAU, and Junior National tournaments, with 16-ASICS placing 5th in their end-of-season tournament. Take a look through our gallery to see some fun moments from the season!
